NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City Commission will conduct a public hearing Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at 6:35 p.m., or thereafter, in the City Commission Chambers of City Hall, 6th East 6th Street.  The hearing will be held by the City Commission to determine whether to issue a Sidewalk Dining and Hospitality License to the following:

PepperJax Grill, PepperJax Development/Lawrence 1 LLC, 919 Massachusetts St.

You are being notified as the applicant or an adjacent property owner. A public hearing is required by City Code Section 6-1202.1 because the applicant was unable to provide written statements from all adjoining property owners and tenants expressing support of the proposed sidewalk dining and hospitality use. 

Comments can be given in person at the hearing or in writing before the hearing.  Written materials should be addressed to the City Commission, P.O. Box 708, Lawrence, KS 66044.
