RE:	Acceptance of Easements and Rights-of-Way for the  Final Plat of Kellyn Addition located at the northwest corner of Queens Road and Overland Drive (PF-14-00143)

Background

The Final Plat of Kellyn Addition, an 87 lot residential subdivision located at the northwest corner of Queens Road and Overland Drive, was administratively approved by the Planning Director on October 9, 2014 subject to the following condition of approval:

1. Execution of an agreement with the property owner of the The Links (the development directly north of Kellyn Addition) with regard to stormwater runoff quantity.

Staff Recommendation

This Final Plat has been placed on the City Commission agenda for acceptance of easements and rights-of-way within/adjacent to the subdivision as part of the Final Plat approval.

Action

Acceptance of Easements and Rights-of-way of the Final Plat in preparation of final recording.
