Rental Licensing Reports:

The Planning and Development Services Department provides the August and September rental licensing and inspection reports for review.  These reports add data related to inspections since inspections were performed in these months and also begins tracking case and violation data on property maintenance cases opened as a result of a rental inspection in order to provide a comprehensive look at the health of the housing market.  At the end of September, the percentage of units in need of reinspection that were reinspected was 70.50%.  The remaining units in need of reinspection are in the process of scheduling their reinspection.
