Police Department has one (1) each 2004, 2005, and 2006 Crown Victoria Police Interceptors, two (2) 2008 Crown Victoria Police Interceptors , one (1) 1997 F150 Ford 4x2 ½ ton truck and one (1) 1993 Dodge B350 Van to sell.  All of the Crown Vic’s are in poor condition except for the 2006.  The Ford F150 and B350 are also in poor condition and the Ford F150 will have to be towed.  The F-150 has a bad transmission.  The crown vics have extensive paint deficiencies and are at the end of useable service life.  The B350 has been replaced by a more functional vehicle with in the fleet.

UTILITIES

Utilitites/Waste Water has a 2006 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor and a 2003 New Holland Backhoe to sell.  Both of these items are in poor condition.  The crown vic was a previously utilized vehicle that was turned in for a newer PD replacement unit.  The New Holland has been replaced in the 2014 budget cycle and needs extensive hydraulic repairs.

RISK MANAGEMENT

This vehicle was purchased by the cities insurance as it was damaged by a city vehicle.  It is in poor condition.  Vehicle has extensive front end damage.

Vehicles have been replaced by newer units in the fleet.  These vehicles have been assessed by Central Maintenance and determined that they have no reassignment value within the fleet.  Several of these units will have repair costs that will exceed the current value of the vehicle.  Central Maintenance has retained two crown vics that are in the best condition for possible reallocation.  If these vehicles are not sold at a later date, they will be encumbered as fleet additions.

FIRE & MEDICAL

Fire and Medical also has the following items to sell.  Four (4) new Streamlight Liteboxes, three (3) Thor X 10,000,000 candlepower spot lights, six (6) 24V DeWalt reciprocating saws, nine (9) Hot Stick & Delsar electrical current detectors, one (1) Akron Brass hydraulic hose clamp, nine (9) Circle D Pot Lights, six (6) 5” Storz Zip Nuts, a mix of Storz adapters, three (3) 2 1/2” chrome brass double male & three (3) chrome brass double female hose adapters, fourteen (14) 2 ½” chrome brass elbows and three (3) Cutter’s Edge chainsaws.
