ORDINANCE NO. 9045

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2013 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THEHETO,

RELATING TO STOP SIGNS AND ALL-WAY STOP SIGNS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:    From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, traffic on 9th Street is hereby required to come to a complete stop at Delaware Street.

SECTION II:  The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of Stop Signs and All-Way Stop Signs, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Sections I and II.
