RE:	October 14, 2014 Agenda Item - Set Bid Date for the 2014 Weatherization Grant Program for Bid #1457 Weather-stripping Bid #1458 Storm windows and Attic insulation Bid #1459 as November 4, 2014.

Project Description:

The installation of the following activities as determined by inspection by staff at eleven addresses around the community:

• Weather-stripping of entry doors as needed,
• Installation of storm windows as appropriate, and
• Adding attic insulation to R-38 levels as needed.

Project Funding:

CDBG funds in the Weatherization Grant Program.

Recommendation Action:

Set bid date of November 4, 2014 for Bid No. 1457 - weather-stripping, Bid No. 1458 - Storm windows, and Bid No. 1459 - Attic insulation.
