RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

In consideration of full payment of the debt secured by a certain Mortgage made by Andrea D. Welborn and Robert B. Irving, Jr., Mortgagor, in favor of the City of Lawrence, Kansas, a Municipal Corporation, Mortgagee, dated the 14th day of March, 1996, and which was recorded in Book 550, Pages 1567-1571, Book of Mortgages, Office of Register of Deeds, Douglas County, Kansas, and covering the following described real estate to-wit: 

Lot fifty (50) on Louisiana Street in the City of Lawrence, in Douglas County, Kansas.

Satisfaction of said Mortgage is acknowledged and the same is hereby released.
