RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

In consideration of full payment of the debt secured by a certain Mortgage made by Rebecca A. Stakes, Mortgagor, in favor of the City of Lawrence, Kansas, a Municipal Corporation, Mortgagee, dated the 10th day of January, 2001, and which was recorded in Book 697, Pages 1707-1710, Book of Mortgages, Office of Register of Deeds, Douglas County, Kansas, and covering the following described real estate to-wit: 

Lots 196 and 198 on Elm Street, in Block 4, in that part of the City of Lawrence, formerly known as North Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas.

Satisfaction of said Mortgage is acknowledged and the same is hereby released.
