RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

In consideration of full payment of the debt secured by a certain Mortgage made by Madeline A. Mumford, Mortgagor, in favor of the City of Lawrence, Kansas, a Municipal Corporation, Mortgagee, dated the 20th day of August, 1990, and which was recorded in Book 448, Pages 1826-1827, Book of Mortgages, Office of Register of Deeds, Douglas County, Kansas, and covering the following described real estate to-wit: 

West Lawrence, Block 39, Lot 111, in the City of Lawrence, Douglas County, commonly known as 429 Indiana.

Satisfaction of said Mortgage is acknowledged and the same is hereby released.
