RE:	Sign of Community Interest Request

Please place this item on the next available City Commission agenda.

Pilot Club of Lawrence is scheduled to have an Antique Show at the Douglas County Fairgrounds on Friday September 19 and Saturday September 20, and has requested permission to place one temporary directional sign at the northwest corner of 23^rd Street and Harper Street. The sign would be approximately four (4) square feet in area, similar to a typical real estate sign.

Action:

Approve as a “sign of community interest”, a request from Pilot Club of Lawrence to place a temporary directional signs at the northwest corner of 23^rd Street and Harper Street, from September 19 to September 20, 2014.
