AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2013 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RELATING TO TRUCK DELIVERY ROUTES

          BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:    From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance the City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of Truck Delivery Routes (Schedule 28), maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, by deleting the following location:

Pennsylvania Street from 8^th Street to 9^th Street
