Replace driveway, siding, roofing, gutters, downspouts and exterior light fixtures. Interior: Replace kitchen base cabinets, countertop, sink with faucet, countertop GFCI protection and vinyl flooring. Re-route water heater vent and install rigid dryer vent. Install ceiling fan boxes, replace one door and make trim repairs on others. Install new vinyl floor covering, new bathtub faucet and replace light fixture in bathroom. Two alternate bids for window replacement and upper kitchen cabinet replacement.
Recommendation Action:
Approve bid from T & J Holdings, Inc. for 1308 E 16th St in the amount of $24,830.00 for the Base Bid only.
