RE:	City Commission acceptance of dedication of easement with Minor Subdivision MS-14-00185, Haskell Light Addition, a one-lot subdivision at 135 and 137 Pawnee Avenue.

Minor Subdivisions/Replats are land divisions that are reviewed and processed administratively. These items are placed on the City Commission agenda when easements or rights-of-way are being dedicated or vacated.  A Minor Subdivision for Haskell Light Addition, MS-14-00185, was approved by the Planning Director on June 10, 2014, pending the City Commission’s acceptance of the dedications. The Minor Subdivision is attached with this memo for context; however, no action is necessary for the Minor Subdivision.

This Minor Subdivision will consolidate the 3 lots at 135 and 137 Pawnee into one lot (see attached revised plat). A 10 ft wide utility easement is provided along the south property line to accommodate an existing sanitary sewer main and a 5 ft wide easement is provided on the east property line for private utilities.

Action Requested:

Accept the dedication of the utility easements as shown on the Minor Subdivision for Haskell Light Addition.
