RE:	June 3, 2014 Agenda Item - Set Bid Date for Bid #1443 Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program at 1308 E 16^th St.

Project Description:

1308 E. 16th Street: Exterior: Replace driveway, siding, windows, roofing, gutters, downspouts and exterior light fixtures.  Interior: Replace kitchen base cabinets, countertop, sink with faucet, countertop GFCI protection and vinyl flooring.  Re-route water heater vent and install rigid dryer vent.  Install ceiling fan boxes, replace one door and make trim repairs on others.  Install new vinyl floor covering, new bathtub faucet and replace light fixture in bathroom.

Project Funding:

CDBG funds in the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Loan Program.

Recommended Action:

Set bid date of July 1, 2014 for Bid #1443 - Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program at 1308 E 16^th St.
