Michael Eglinski, City Auditor Merit Increase and Paid Time Off Adjustment

 

As an outcome of a recent performance review for Michael Eglinski, City Auditor, Mayor Mike Amyx asked that I prepare the following merit increase package for review and, if appropriate, approval by the City Commission.

 

Effective with the first pay period in 2014 for Michael Eglinski:

 

December 15, 2013 is the first day of the 2014 payroll year and the same effective date as other merit pool system salary increases for 2014.

 

Action Request

Approve a 3% merit increase to salary and two additional days (16 hours) of vacation annually for Michael Eglinski effective December 15, 2013.
