Install a downspout drain and dryer vent weather-head. Install a replacement HVAC system and water heater. Replace tub, faucet, shower surround and bath fan vent. Adjust interior doors in two rooms. Two alternate bids for carpet replacement and a high efficiency option for the HVAC replacement.

GFCI’s, smoke detectors, ceiling fan boxes and other electrical repairs, plumbing drain and toilet repairs, rigid dryer vent, drywall removal and replacement, drywall repairs, mold remediation. Install an egress window exit to basement and grading to improve drainage.
Recommendation Action:
Approve bid from T & J Holdings, Inc. for 937La Salle St in the amount of $21,000 for the Base Bid and $1,000 for Alternate #2. Total contract price of $22,000.
Reject the bid for 2565 Ridge Court as the bid amount exceeds program limits of $25,000.
