City Manager’s Revised Employment Agreement |
Attached please find a Revised Employment Agreement with the City Manager for the Commission’s consideration. It incorporates the provisions of the original Employment Agreement and the four subsequent addenda, with two changes. It increases the City Manager’s annual base salary to $145,000.00 and increases the City’s contribution to a deferred compensation program on Mr. Corliss’ behalf to $23,000.00 per year. The effective date of both increases is retroactive to the first pay period of 2014. The effective date is consistent with the City’s practice of making pay increases for city employees effective with the first pay period of the year. There are no other changes to the agreement between the City and the City Manager.
Action Requested:
Authorize the Mayor to execute the Revised Employment Agreement with the City Manager.
