ORDINANCE NO. 8987

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS RENAMING VARIOUS STREETS WITHIN THE NEW LAWRENCE VENTUREPARK BUSINESS PARK, EFFECTIVE May 21, 2014.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I: The City street named AA Street is hereby renamed “O’Connell Road” in Lawrence VenturePark, platted as the Former Farmland Property. 

SECTION II.  The City street named BB Street is hereby renamed “VenturePark Way” in Lawrence VenturePark, platted as the Former Farmland Property. 

SECTION III:  The City street named CC Street is hereby renamed “VenturePark Drive” in Lawrence VenturePark, platted as the Former Farmland Property. 

SECTION IV.  The City street named DD Street is hereby renamed “VenturePark Court” in Lawrence VenturePark, platted as the Former Farmland Property. 

SECTION V: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after May 21, 2014.
