First Southern Baptist Church, 4300 W 6^th Street, has requested permission to place a banner on the church property to promote a church carnival and vacation bible school, from May 26 to June 7, 2014.

Approve as a “sign of community interest”, a request from First Southern Baptist Church to display a banner at the church property promoting a “Churchwide/Neighborhood Carnival” and “Vacation Bible School”, from May 26 to June 7, 2914.
