RE:	Dedication of right-of-way on Wakarusa Drive

A site plan for the development of the Wakarusa Medical Center at the intersection of Wakarusa Drive and Overland Drive has been submitted to the City for approval (see attached map).  A condition of the site plan approval is the dedication of right-of-way along the west side of Wakarusa Drive at Overland Drive for a future right turn lane. 

The applicants have provided an additional 15 feet of right-of-way.

Action Requested:

Accept the dedication of right-of-way along Wakarusa Drive.
