RE:	Award Recommendation for BID #B1416

Parks and Recreation requested bids for Venture Park Landscaping – Phase 1 & 2 (B1416) to plant 123 trees and 100 shrubs.  This work includes ground surface preparation, furnishing, transporting, placing, mulching cleanup, watering and warranty of trees.

We received bids from four (4) vendors.  Please see accompanying bid tab.

Recommendation Action: 

Award B1416 to low bid vendor, Rosehill Gardens, Inc., in the amount of $43,930.00.
