RE:	Award Recommendation for BID #B1415

Parks and Recreation requested bids for Venture Park Irrigation – Phase 1 & 2 (B1415) which included materials, installation of all equipment necessary and an additional year of maintenance for an automated irrigation system.

We received bids from four (4) vendors.  Please see accompanying bid tab.

Recommendation Action: 

Award B1415 to low bid vendor, Preferred Lawn Service & Landscaping for the amount of $58,500 (materials & labor) with an additional one (1) year maintenance in the amount of $1,650.00.
