·         Public hearing to review the condition of the fire damaged structure located at 1321 Tennessee Street.

 

·         Consider the following items related to the North Project area of the 9th & New Hampshire Tax Increment Financing District:

o   Public hearing on north redevelopment plan;

o   Public hearing on transportation development district

o   First reading of ordinance approving Redevelopment Plan and Redevelopment Agreement (majority vote);

o   First reading of ordinance approving IRBs;

o   First reading of ordinance approving TDD and repealing TDD;

o   Approve easement request

 

·         City note sale.

 

·         Event Permit for Tour of Lawrence and Arts Center festival.
