RE:	1/2 ton pickup for Engineering and Street Division Inspection projects

Please place the following item on the consent agenda for the City Commission to consider at their February 11, 2014 meeting:

Background:

Public Works requests the purchase of a new ½ ton pickup to be used for street and engineering inspection projects. Funds for this purchase have been approved in the 2014 budget process.

An identical pickup was purchased from the 2013 budget late in the year. The model year and Government Price Concessions from Ford remain the same. Ford will accept another order at the same price as the last truck without the need to rebid.
