Set a bid opening date of March 4, 2014 for Bid Number B1404 for 2014 Utilities Department Pump & Motor Rehabilitation Program.

Project Description

The Utilities Department is requesting to bid 12 pumps and motors for rebuild or replacement from the maintenance management system. These are the pumps and motors used to transport wastewater at the treatment plants and throughout the city. The Pump and Rehabilitation Program that the department uses maintains the reliability of the pumping system. In an effort to consolidate and make the process more efficient for city personnel and vendors, the 12 pumps and motors will be bid at once instead of individually.

Project Funding

Funding for the work is from the Utilities Department 2014 Operations and Maintenance Budget.

Action Request

Set a bid opening date of March 4, 2014 for Bid Number B1404 for 2014 Utilities Department Pump & Motor Rehabilitation Program.
