Adopt on first reading, Ordinance No. 8958, for the rezoning (Z-13-00479) of approximately .6 acre from RS7 (Single-Dwelling Residential) District & IG (General Industrial) District to OS (Open Space) District. (PC Item 1; approved 9-0 on 1/27/14) · Approve Site Plan, SP-13-00525, for Struct/Restruct Design Studio a Construction Sales and Services and Manufacturing and Production, Limited use on approximately 1.8 acres at 1146 Haskell Avenue.
