Mr. Raney,
Several months ago you and I met to discuss the possibility of utilizing a portion of your property, located at the intersection of 9th and Centennial, as a transit center. At this meeting you stated that you were not opposed to future discussions about the use of your property for this purpose. Since that meeting the City has continued to evaluate several additional locations and has begun to hold neighborhood meetings to gain public input into each potential site.
As you know I contacted you several weeks ago to set up a meeting to discuss the potential of holding a neighborhood meeting about your property at 9th and Centennial. Although the meeting was ultimately cancelled we are still very much interested in meeting with you to discuss the matter. In order to continue serious evaluation we would like to meet with you in the immediate future.
