RE: Mortgage Release
The following individuals participated in a Community Development Division loan program. The mortgage provisions have been satisfied and the mortgage should be released.
1) Charlotte Pessoni, 1241 Delaware Street, participated in the Emergency Loan Program in 2011.
2) Edward R. and Irene Armstrong Neider, 1017 Home Circle, participated in the HAND program in 1997.
