RE: Mortgage Releases
The following individuals participated in a Community Development Division loan program. The mortgage provisions have been satisfied and the mortgages should be released.
1) Marilyn Figuieras, 2044 Emerald Drive, participated in the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Loan Program in 1996.
2) Shirley C. Wedd, 3009 Steven Drive, participated in the Furnace Loan Program in 2011.
3) Alan H. Patterson, Jr. and Patricia Ann Patterson, 223 N. 6th Street, participated in the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Loan Program in 1983.
The City Clerk will have the documents ready for the Mayor's signature. If you have further questions, please let me know.
