RE:	Request a bid date for purchase of crack-sealant for street repairs Bid number B1271, Project No. PW1306

Please include the following item on the City Commission consent agenda for consideration at the November 20^th, 2012 meeting:

Project Scope.  This material will be used to seal cracks on streets throughout the city as part of the street maintenance program.  Annually approximately 80,000 pounds of cracks sealant and 2,000 gallons of wide crack sealant are used.

Project Funding.  Will be from the approved 2012 street maintenance program.

Action Request.  Authorize the city manager to set a bid date of December 4^th, 2012.
