Interior work includes a new water heater, replacement of tub and wall surround, new floor covering in bathroom and kitchen and minor repairs to doors, windows and drywall.

The exterior work includes roof replacement, fascia and soffit replacement, new gutters and downspouts, exterior window trim replacement and replacing the driveway and homeowner sidewalk. Interior work includes new support columns in the crawl space, electrical repairs, new bath exhaust fan, window repairs and painting, drywall repair in laundry room and floor coverings in kitchen.
Recommendation Action:
Waive staff’s estimate and approve bid from Schmidt Contracting, Inc. for 1315 E 21st St $26,928.00. Homeowner will provide balance above program limit of $25,000.00.
Waive staff’s estimate and approve bid from T & J Holdings, Inc. for 1024 Iowa St in the amount of $24,785.00.
