Acceptance of easements for utility purposes related to MS-12-00092 Grand Addition No. 2.

 

 

Please place the following item on the City Commission consent agenda for consideration at their October 2, 2012 meeting: Acceptance of dedication of easements  for a Minor Subdivision, MS-12-00092, for Grand Addition No. 2 at located at 3400 and 3401 Aldrich Street. Submitted by Dean Grobe, for Jerry Willis, Grand, LLC, property owner of record.

 

Project Background

This property is located on the west side of Kasold Drive. The approval of this Minor Subdivision will facilitate the development of two additional duplex units one on the north and one on the south side of Aldrich Street.

 

This project included the recent vacation of easements along Kasold Drive. This project will also include the reconstruction of the recreation path along Kasold Drive.

 

Easements are proposed to be dedicated with this replat and shall first be placed on the City Commission agenda for approval of the easements prior to final administrative approval of this replat. A copy of the Minor Subdivision drawing and Administrative Determination are attached.

 

Action Requested

City Commission acceptance of the dedication of utility easements as shown on this Minor Subdivision.
