The exterior work includes replacing the driveway, city sidewalk and installing a new homeowner sidewalk off the front deck. Electrical work to include installing GFCIs, ceiling fan boxes and a wiring repair in the garage. Interior work also includes baseboard installation, window repairs through-out the house and an interior door replacement. This project also includes the following alternates: Alternate #1 – Furnace and A/C Replacement; Alternate #2 – Window Replacement; Alternate #3 – Refinish Wood Floors. Alternate #3 is not being accepted because it would take the total project above the program limit of $25,000. House was built in 1975 and lead hazards are not present.

Interior work includes replacing the furnace, installing a handrail and installing some GFCIs. This project also includes two alternates: Alternate #1 – Overhead Garage Door Replacement; Alternate #2 – Painting the Exterior of the House. House was built in 1977 and lead hazards are not present.
Recommendation Action:
Approve bid from Schmidt Contracting, Inc. for 3012 Flint Drive in the amount of $13,000.00 for the Base Bid, $6,000.00 for Alternate #1 and $4,900.00 for Alternate #2. Total contract price of $23,900.00.
Approve bid from T & J Holdings, Inc. for 3113 Creekwood Drive in the amount of $13,550.00 for the Base Bid, $1,750.00 for Alternate #1 and $3,500.00 for Alternate #2. Total contract price of $18,800.00.
