Vacation of Access Easement 650 Congressional Drive |
On August 14, 2012, the City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the vacation of an access easement located on a portion of Lot 2, Block 1 Colonial Northwest No. 3 (commonly known as 650 Congressional Drive). The owner, BWB-WCSC, LLC., proposes office/retail development. The existing access easement will be replaced on the approved plat with an easement that better accommodates the proposed development.
All utilities, as well as property owners within 200 feet, were notified. No objections were received.
Action Requested: Hold public hearing and, pending discussion, approve order of vacation.
