Approval of vacation of easements for utility, drainage, and access purposes related to MS-12-00014 Village Meadows Second Plat.

 

 

Please place the following item on the City Commission consent agenda for consideration at the August 7, 2012 meeting: Approve the vacation of utility, drainage, and access easements for a Minor Subdivision, MS-12-00014, for Village Meadows Second Plat located on the northwest corner of Congressional Drive and W. 6th Street. Submitted by Paul Werner Architects, for Alvamar Development Corporation, property owner of record.

 

Project Background

This property is located on the west side of Congressional Drive. The approval of this Final Plat will facilitate the planned improvements for multi-dwelling residential development and is intended to correspond with revised zoning district boundaries for the area.

 

Easements are proposed to be vacated with this replat and shall first be placed on the City Commission agenda for approval of the vacations prior to final administrative approval of this replat. A copy of the Minor Subdivision drawing and Administrative Determination are attached.

 

Action Requested

City Commission approval of vacation of utility, drainage, and access easements as shown on this Minor Subdivision.
