ACTION:       Approve a temporary use of public right-of-way permit for the closure of Massachusetts Street between North Park Street and South Park Street on Sunday, September 9, 2012, from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., for the annual Fall Arts and Crafts Festival.
