RE:              Bishop Seabury Academy, License Agreement

_____________________________________________________________

At its June 6, 2012, regular meeting, the City Commission granted to Bishop Seabury Academy, 4120 Clinton Parkway, a special use permit, SUP-3-3-2-12, to expand, among other things, its parking lot. The grant of the special use permit was subject to several conditions, however, including the execution of a License Agreement that would permit the landowner to use a portion of the Clinton Parkway Right of Way for a portion of its parking lot. City Staff and Bishop Seabury Academy have reached an agreement on the language to be used in the License Agreement. Bishop Seabury Academy will execute it, and upon the signature of the City Manager it would become final.

Action Requested: Staff requests the City Commission to authorize the City Manager to execute a License Agreement permitting Bishop Seabury Academy to use certain portions of the Clinton Parkway Right of Way in accordance with the terms of that Agreement.
