RE:	Acceptance of easements for PF-5-3-12; Oread West No. 16.

Please place the following item on the City Commission consent agenda for consideration at their June 26, 2012 meeting: Accept dedications of easements for Final Plat, PF-5-3-12, for Oread West No. 16 (formerly Research Park), located at 0 Research Park Drive. Submitted by Paul Werner Architects, for Alvamar Development Corporation, property owner of record.

Project Background

This property is located on the west side of the 1600 block of Research Park Drive. The approval of this Final Plat will facilitate the planned improvements for Lot 1 as an extended care facility.

This Final Plat includes the dedication of utility easements. As such, this Final Plat is being forwarded to the City Commission for their acceptance of the easement. A copy of the Final Plat and Administrative Determination are attached.
