Background:
On May 10, 2005 the City Commission held a Public Hearing for the vacation of:
|
1. THE RIGHT OF WAY OF DELAWARE STREET FROM 15TH STREET SOUTH APPROXIMATELY 383 FEET; |
|
2. DELAWARE COURT; AND |
|
3. THE EAST HALF OF THE RIGHT OF WAY OF PENNSYLVANIA STREET FROM 15TH STREET SOUTH APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF BROOKDALE EDITION; |
These right-of-ways were platted in 1959 by Austin and Ruth Turney. The vacation was approved however the document that was filed contained an error.
This amended Order of Vacation provides the corrections.
Action Requested:
Approve amended Order of Vacation.
