Chair Josserand opened the regular monthly meeting in the city commission chambers at City Hall at 5:30 on February 8, 2012.

The renaming of the bank account titles was voted on and approved
Treasurers Report – Herndon
Herndon reported that Eutin trip reserve account, formerly held at Mainstreet Credit Union, has been closed and moved to Intrust Bank. All accounts are now held by Intrust Bank to improve management of all of the accounts.
Herndon is in the process of balancing out the accounts, and will turn the responsibility over to Moody when she has finished doing so.
A brief explanation of the DCCF (Douglas County Community Foundation), as it relates to our scholarship account, was given by Herndon to inform the new board members.
