RE: Mortgage Release
The following individuals participated in Community Development Division loan programs. The mortgage provisions have been satisfied and the mortgages should be released.
1) Richard Heckler and Beth Anne Mansur, 1217 Prospect, participated in the Emergency Loan Program in 1992 and the Comprehensive Housing Rehabilitation Program in 1999.
2) Venal and Caroline Rose Lamarre, 1619 Kenwood, participated in the Furnace Loan Program in 2008.
The City Clerk will have the documents ready for the Mayor's signature. If you have further questions, please let me know.
