SELL BURNED VEHICLE AS SCRAP – PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
On February 6, 2012, Parks and Recreation lost their HVAC van due to the fire at 11th and Haskell. The Maintenance Garage staff has salvaged all useable parts. We would like to get quotes and sell the remainder of the vehicle as scrap. The Maintenance Garage Supervisor feels we can get more for the vehicle by selling it as scrap to local vendors
Recommendation Action:
Get quotes and sell totaled vehicle as scrap
