Vacation of Green Space 1824 Castle Pine Court |
On March 6, 2012 the City Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the vacation of the green space located in Foxfire Addition No. 4, Block 3, Lot 22 (commonly known as 1824 Castle Pine Court). The owner, Ralph H. Park, proposes to install an in ground swimming pool in the green space. Granting the vacation of the green space easement would allow for an in-ground pool to be installed.
All utilities, as well as property owners within 200 feet, were notified. No objections were received.
Action Requested: Conduct public hearing and, pending discussion, approve order of vacation.
