RE:	Sidewalk Dining License Public Hearing

A number of Sidewalk Dining and Hospitality License holders submitted renewal applications without the required written statements from adjoining property owners and tenants expressing a lack of objection to the proposed sidewalk dining and hospitality uses. In order to approve the licenses, the City Commission must hold a public hearing to determine whether to issue sidewalk dining and hospitality licenses to the following:

3 Spoons Yogurt, Spoons Yogurt LLC, 732 Massachusetts St

715, 715 LLC, 715 Massachusetts St.

8^th St Taproom, Brad Ziegler, 801 New Hampshire

Aladdin Café, Mohammed Iskandani, 1021 Massachusetts

Buffalo Wild Wings, Real Wing Inc, 1012 Massachusetts St

Einstein Bros Bagels, Einstein Noah Restaurant Group Inc, 1026 Massachusetts St

Jackpot Music Hall, Nick Carroll, 943 Massachusetts St

Jefferson’s Restaurant, Jeffersons Downtown LLC, 743 Massachusetts

Signs of Life, Signs of Life Inc, 722 Massachusetts

The Bourgeois Pig, Bourgeois Pig, 6 E 9^th St

The applicants and adjacent property owners have been notified of the public hearing date as required by City Code (6-1202.1).

ACTION:      Hold a public hearing. Find that it is within the public’s interest to approve sidewalk dining and hospitality licenses to 3 Spoons Yogurt, 715, 8^th St Taproom, Aladdin Café, Buffalo Wild Wings, Einstein Bros Bagels, Jackpot Music Hall, Jefferson’s Restaurant, Signs of Life, and The Bourgeois Pig, if appropriate.
