Guests included John Dillingham, Chair and Kala Stroup from the Freedom’s Frontier Board of Trustees.

Deanell Tacha, Chair, called the meeting to order.  Dave Corliss moved and Joan Golden seconded that the DMI Board move into executive session for four hours to discuss personnel matters.  The motion passed unanimously. 

Upon resuming regular business, it was decided to further discuss personnel matters in a meeting on Saturday, February 4, 2012, 9am – 1pm.
