·         Conduct public hearing to consider the vacation of a portion of the alley between 7th and 8th Street that contains the sanitary sewer line for the Lawrence Public Library as requested by property owner City of Lawrence.

 

ACTION:      Conduct public hearing and approve Order of Vacation, if appropriate. 

 

·         Conduct a public hearing to determine whether to grant certain sidewalk dining licenses.   Notice

 

·         Consider a Site Plan, SP-2-13-12, request by Briggs Automotive to use the right-of-way of W 29th Terrace and a portion of the Iowa Street Frontage Road for the commercial display of automobiles including the display of signs and a wind turbine.   Site Plan   Renderings
