RE: Noodles & Company Sidewalk Dining and Hospitality License
The Noodle Shop Co. Kansas, LLC, doing business as Noodles & Company, 8 West 8th Street, has recently applied for a Sidewalk Dining and Hospitality License and has submitted all required documents. The related site plan, SP-10-86-08, was approved on the February 10, 2009 Consent Agenda. At the present time, Noodles & Company does not have a drinking establishment license or cereal malt beverage license and so alcoholic beverages will not be allowed in the sidewalk dining and hospitality area. However, Noodles & Company is planning to obtain a drinking establishment license in the future in order to service beer and wine at the establishment.
City Clerk’s Office staff recommends approval of the Noodles & Company Sidewalk Dining and Hospitality License application.
