TERMS:            Three year terms.  Terms expire December 31 of corresponding year.

MEMBERS:        Seven.  Three citizens from low/moderate income areas and four citizens at-large.

MEETINGS:        Second Monday (as needed) at 7:00 p.m., City Commission Room, City Hall.

 

FUNCTION:

To review and take action on citizens requests for financial assistance for housing rehabilitation and to hear appeals from determinations made by the Neighborhood Resources staff regarding housing rehabilitation programs.  Also reviews policies and procedures and makes recommendations to City commission concerning the Rehabilitation Grant Program.
