KDOT committee to visit East Hills Drive
 

(LAWRENCE, KS) - In July, the city submitted an application to KDOT for Economic Development to extend East Hills Drive to provide an alternative for traffic from entering K-10.  The KDOT committee reviewing the city's application to extend East Hills Drive west to Franklin Road then south on Franklin Road to K-10 will visit the site on Wednesday, Oct 26 at 8:45 a.m.  The committee will also make a funding recommendation to KDOT on the application.

 

The meeting location is just south of K-10 on Franklin Road.  Media planning to attend can contact Chuck Soules, director of Public Works at 832-3123 for more information.
