INAUGURAL FALL KICKBALL CLASSIC SCHEDULED
LAWRENCE -Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department's 2004 Fall Kickball
Classic is scheduled to kickoff Saturday, Oct. 23, at noon at the Clinton
Lake Softball Complex, 5101 Speicher Road. 

The Fall Kickball Classic is a coed, double elimination tournament open to
individuals 16 years old or older. Teams must have a minimum of eight and a
maximum of 10 individuals on the playing field.
Teams must also field an equal number of men and women, but all players on
the roster may kick. 

Cost of participation is $75 per team. Registration deadline is Wednesday,
Oct. 20. Registrations can be made at the Community Building, 115 W. 11th
St., or online at www.lprd.org <http://www.lprd.org> .

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams.  For more
information, contact the Adult Sports office at 832-7920.
